    The Shafter Generals upped their SSL record to 3-0 after routing the Tigers of Delano High 55-14. The Generals' sophomore quarterback Ezekiel Osborn had 317 yards passing, with three touchdowns. The raise includes a budgeted 15% cost of living increase and new benefits. The pay raise covers all city departments.
