    A man was arrested in Shafter after a search warrant led officers to find illegal weapons and ammunition. The Shafter Police Department said on Sept. 12, officers executed a search warrant at a home in the 500 block of Acacia Avenue for illegal weapons and ammunition.     Tribute to Fallen Heroes holds an annual Memorial Torch Run, beginning in Eugene, Ore., and runs for 22 days through the western United States, paying tribute to fallen soldiers who have bravely served our country.
