    Ron Nunlist and Bob Wiebe will be new members of the Planning Commission after being appointed at Tuesday’s City Council meeting. The Planning Department is responsible for administration of site development reviews and public inquiries, overseeing maintenance of the General Plan, administration of city zoning and processing land subdivisions.     Longtime councilmember and current Mayor Cathy Prout was re-elected to the body Tuesday, along with new member Cesar Lopez. They begin their four-year terms in January. According to returns and projections, Prout received 35 percent of the vote, with Cesar Lopez receiving 34 percent, for the two available seats. Jack “Woody” Colvard received 30 percent of the vote.     Grimmway Academy held their Dias de Muertos Festival on Friday morning as they honored those loved ones who have passed away. A lot of the students dressed in traditional fashion, sporting painted faces, wearing festival outfits, with some in black and others in bright colors, celebrating their loved ones lives and the chance to have them visit during the celebration.
