At a special meeting on Tuesday, the City Council made moved toward the next phase in the demolition of the old Wasco Farm Labor Camp with the selection of a contractor, Resource Environmental, to do the job. Bandit came into the Wasco Animal Shelter as a stray. He is approximately a one-year-old male chihuahua mix. He is great with staff and other dogs.
