    Blair, an approximately 4-year-old Shepherd mix, came in as an owner surrender. She has a black, tan and fawn short coat. Blair is timid toward staff and staff has been monitoring her. She is improving, but it is a slow process. Blair is great with other dogs and has been tested with small and large breeds. At the time it is unknown if Blair is house/crate trained.
