Frank and Samantha Rodriguez announce the birth of their son Luca Frank Rodriguez on Sept. 29, 2019 at 1:46 p.m. at San Joaquin Hospital. Luca weighed 7 lbs. 11 oz. and was 20 in. long at birth. Shafter's Mennonite Brethren Church was the site of a concert performed by the Synergy Chamber Players Saturday night.
