Johnathan Henry Richardson, 39, of Shafter, was arrested for a misdemeanor.

Dec. 4

Oscar Javier Ramirez, 30, of Shafter, was arrested for burglary in the second degree and conspiracy to commit a crime.

David Romero Rivera Jr., 39, of Shafter, was arrested for evading a peace officer, failure to drive right side of the road and bicycling during darkness without reflectors on each side of bike.

Dina Marie Ybarra, 37, of Shafter, was arrested on a misdemeanor bench warrant.

Jessica Hernandez, 25, of Shafter, was arrested on a felony bench warrant, outside warrant.
