March 18

Kailin Robert Beckmeyer, 21, of Shafter, was arrested for hit and run, property damage and driving under the influence.

March 19

Maria Elena Rogers, 40, of Shafter, was arrested for second-degree burglary, forgery of legal documents, make/pass fictitious check, knowingly receiving stolen property and on a misdemeanor bench warrant.

March 19

Jared Jerrial Downing, 40, of Shafter, was arrested in the 200 block of Sierra Avenue for possession of a firearm and ammunition by prohibited person.

March 22

Maximino Gonzalez Parral, 24, of Shafter, was arrested in the 500 block of Prince Lane on a misdemeanor bench warrant.

Laura Garibay, 35, of Shafter, was arrested on the 200 block of Central Valley Highway on a misdemeanor bench warrant.

March 23

Arthur Joseph Martinez, 35, of Shafter, was arrested for obstruction of public officer, trespassing on railroad property and pedestrian outside crosswalk.

Jose Reyes Soto, 36, of Shafter, was arrested in the 200 block of Clemson for contempt and disobeying a court order.

March 24

Zachary Michael Reinke, 31, of Bakersfield, was arrested in the 500 block of Roberts Lane for second- degree burglary.

Juan Manuel Velazco-Alfaro, 22, of Shafter, was arrested on a misdemeanor

warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

BUTTONWILLOW

As reported by the Kern County Sheriff’s Department, Buttonwillow substation:

March 20

Manuel Jose Cisneros, 40, of Shafter, was arrested in the 28000 block of Lerdo

Highway in Shafter for two misdemeanor warrants. He was booked into the

Kern County Jail.

Pedro Antonio Talamantes, 19, of Buttonwillow, was arrested in the 300 block

of Sudan Avenue in Buttonwillow for being in possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

March 21

David Fajardo, 27, of Buttonwillow, was arrested at the intersection of East 1st

Street and Miller Avenue in Buttonwillow on a no-bail misdemeanor warrant. He

was booked into the Kern County Jail.

March 22

Tyler Kenneth Ferguson, 36, of Bakersfield, was arrested in the 20600 block of

Tracy Avenue in Buttonwillow for assault with a deadly weapon, destroy/conceal

evidence, being in possession of a controlled substance and being in possession of

drug paraphernalia. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.
