Mary Ann Sotelo, 34, of Shafter, was arrested in the 600 block of Central Valley Highway on an outside agency warrant.

Miguel Mentado, 26, of Bakersfield, was arrested in the 3000 block of Zachary Avenue for grand theft/etc. $950+, embezzlement $950+.

June 12

Andrew Lester Avalos, 20, of Shafter, was arrested in the 200 block of West Lerdo Highway on a misdemeanor beach warrant.

Carlos Deleon, 40, of Shafter, was arrested for disorderly conduct: under the influence.

Richard Franklin Lynch, 48, of Wasco, was arrested in the 20600 block of Tracy Avenue in Buttonwillow for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and on a misdemeanor warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

June 11

Alma Lucia Barroso, 43, of Shafter, was arrested in the 300 block of Central Valley Highway in Shafter on a misdemeanor warrant. She was cited and released at the scene.

June 12

Michael Thomas Koontz, 47, of Buttonwillow, was arrested in the 200 block of Front Street in Buttonwillow for driving without a license, no registration, no proof of insurance and not having license plates attached to the vehicle. He was cited and released at the scene.

Chris Michael Gibson, 45, of Bakersfield, was arrested in the 200 block of Front Street in Buttonwillow on a felony warrant and a misdemeanor warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Jesse Mora, 32, of Shafter, was arrested at the intersection of Stockdale Highway and Trask Street in Buttonwillow for being in possession of a stolen vehicle. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Beverly Noguez, 43, of Lost Hills, was arrested at the intersection of Stockdale Highway and Trask Street in Buttonwillow for being in possession of a stolen vehicle. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Maximino Marin Castillo, 54, of Shafter, was arrested in the 30700 block of Rodriguez Street in Shafter for disorderly conduct. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Juan Martin Barraza, 38, of Shafter, was arrested at the intersection of South Shafter Avenue and Burbank Street in Shafter on a misdemeanor warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Kyle Douglas Cordonier, 36, of Bakersfield, was arrested at the intersection of Meacham Road and Rudd Avenue in Bakersfield on a misdemeanor warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Derrick Lee Block, 57, of Buttonwillow, was arrested in the 2000 block of Palomas Avenue, in Buttonwillow for on a felony warrant and a misdemeanor warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Jeffrey William Haskett, 51, of Posey, Calif., was arrested in the 18400 block of Shafter Avenue in Shafter for driving on a suspended license, carrying a loaded firearm in a public plate and failing to stop at a stop sign. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Randolph Lewis Wilkins, 32, of Oakland, was arrested in the 35000 block of Highway 58 in Buttonwillow for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Nakiesha McGee, 33, of Oakland, was arrested in the 35000 block of Highway 58 in Buttonwillow for disorderly conduct and felony vandalism. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.
