Vicente Munoz, Jr., 34, of Shafter, was arrested for conspiring to commit crime.

Gustavo Alvarado Gonzalez, 33, of Wasco, was arrested on an outside agency warrant.

Oct. 9

Dirk Barton Underwood, 49, of Shafter, was arrested in the 500 block of Central Avenue on an felony bench warrant.

Oct. 10

Narcisco Martinez, 38, of Wasco, was arrested in the 300 block of South Valley on an outside agency warrant.

Oct. 11

Jose Guadalupe Jaime, 42, of Shafter, was arrested at the intersection of Lerdo Highway and Cherry Avenue for possession of controlled substance paraphernalia.

Laura Edith Escalera, 35, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block of South Reiker Street for disorderly conduct: alcohol.

Brooke Kay Siffing, 37, of Bakersfield was arrested at the intersection of Santa Fe Way and Riverside for providing false information to a specific public officer and on a misdemeanor bench warrant.

Oct. 13

Thomas Jake Wilson, 32, of Shafter, was arrested in the 200 block of East Lerdo Hwy on an outside agency warrant.

Jorge Sanchez, 29, of Los Angeles, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and disorderly conduct: alcohol.

Juan Martin Barraza, 39, of Shafter, was arrested at the intersection of Richland Avenue and South Shafter Avenue in Shafter on a misdemeanor bench warrant.

Oct. 11

Pedro Gutierrez, 66, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Dresser Avenue and Leonard Avenue in Shafter for being in possession of a controlled substance, being in possession of drug paraphernalia and on a misdemeanor warrant.
