Antonio Vargas, 30, of Shafter, was arrested for evading and disregarding safety, driving without a license and unsafe turn.

Jose Reyes Soto, 38, of Shafter, was arrested for misdemeanor possession of controlled substance.

Marc Raymond Zuniga, 51, of Shafter, was arrested for disorderly conduct: alcohol, on a misdemeanor bench warrant and on an outside agency warrant.

Roberto Garcia, 35, of Shafter, was arrest for disorderly conduct: under the influence.

Pedro Elpidio Velasquez, 39, of Fairfield, was arrested at the intersection of Highway 46 and Interstate 5 in Lost Hills for domestic violence, assault with a deadly weapon, criminal threats, false identification to a police officer and kidnapping. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Jessica Rae Tash, 28, of Shafter, was arrested in the 18000 block of Thomas Lane in Shafter for assault with a deadly weapon, domestic violence, willful cruelty to child, and vandalism. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Chandler Paul, 21, of Bakersfield, was arrested at the intersection of Shafter Avenue and Imperial Street in Shafter for grand theft and carrying a loaded firearm in a public place. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Aaron Thomas Bourque, 44, of Bakersfield, was arrested in the 27000 block of Lagoon Drive in Buttonwillow on a felony bench warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Enrique Pena, 24, of Bakersfield, was arrested at the intersection of Poplar Avenue and Burbank Street in Shafter for grand theft over $950, conspiracy and attempt to receive known stolen property. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Armando Lopez, 22, of Wasco, was arrested at Shafter Court, 325 Central Valley Highway in Shafter for a felony remand. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Paul Lee Rachero, 34, of Encino, was arrested in the 27000 block of Lagoon Drive in Buttonwillow for vehicle theft, being in possession of a stolen vehicle, resisting arrest and crime committed while in custody. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Margarito Quevas, 32, of Lost Hills, was arrested in the 14000 block of Lost Hills Road in Lost Hills for domestic violence. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.
