Feb. 2

Jesse Mora, 34, of Shafter, was arrested on the 100 block of W. Orange St. on a felony bench warrant, proof of financial responsibility.

Feb. 4

Alexis Fabian Barrios, 29, of Shafter, was arrested on the 300 of State Ave. for arson: property, obstruction of public officer, controlled substance paraphernalia and on an outside agency warrant.

Feb. 5

Andres Gonzalez Hernandez, 32, of Shafter, was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance and on a misdemeanor bench warrant.

Vincent Lopez, 26, of Shafter, was arrested on a felony bench warrant.

Nathan Alberto Quinonez Loureiro, 24, of Shafter, was arrested on a felony bench warrant and possession of controlled substance.

Feb. 6

Jorge Antonio Molina Rivas, 32, of Shafter, was arrested for dui alcohol, driving without a driver’s license, impede the flow of traffic and unsafe turn.

Saul Navarro, 25, of Shafter, was arrested for driving while a suspended license, dui, no proof of responsibility and on an outside agency warrant.

Feb. 7

Carlos Deleon, 42, of Shafter, was arrested for disorderly conduct: under influence of drugs and controlled substance paraphernalia.

As reported by the Kern County Sheriff’s Office, Wasco substation:

Feb. 1

Alejandro Hernandez, 21, of Bakersfield, was arrested at the intersection of Poso Drive and Broadway Street for misdemeanor driving without a license. He was cited and released at the scene.

Sixto Hernandez, 20, of Wasco, was arrested in the 2300 block of 3rd Street on his active felony and misdemeanor bench warrants. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Jose Lopez, 31, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of 7th Street and Poplar Avenue for misdemeanor driving without a license. He was cited and released at the scene.

Feb. 5

Ramon Ramos, 39, of Wasco, was arrested in the 2400 block of Jo Ellen Court for misdemeanor possession of unlawful paraphernalia. He was cited and released at the scene.

Ricardo Martinez Lucas, 22, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1900 block of 4th Street in Wasco for false imprisonment, resisting/obstructing/delaying a peace officer, resisting arrest and willful cruelty to child. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Feb. 6

Ricardo Gomez Ruiz, 19, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of 16th Street in Wasco for rape by force, sex with a minor, false imprisonment and attempting to dissuade a witness/victim. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Marcos Quintana, 30, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1200 block of 19th Street in Wasco for stalking and vandalism. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.
