Pet of the Week: Dodger is looking for a loving home

Dodger came into the Wasco Animal Shelter as a stray. He is approximately 10 months old, male and a pit bull. He is great with staff and small dogs but has not been tested with large dogs. At the time it is unknown if Dodger is house/crate trained. Dogs are not tested with children and cats; his behavior toward cats and children are unknown. Dodger will be available for adoption on Tuesday, April 26.

Everyone is welcome to adopt from our facility, and we like to give everyone the same opportunity to adopt. Adopters can be from out of town and/or local. We do not place holds for adoptions. Adopters are responsible for transportation.

Adoptions are on a first come, first serve basis beginning at 8 a.m. on the date they are available. Call us the day before their availability to make sure the pet is still for adoption.

Rescue is a nonprofit organization with a tax exempt 501(c)(3). If you have never taken a pet from the Wasco Animal Shelter, please email us two references (vet preferably) and a copy of your 501(c)(3) form to [email protected].
