Alexis Osorio, 21, of Shafter, was arrested in the 200 block of West Los Angeles for driving without a driver’s license, proof of financial responsibility and unregistered vehicle.

July 18

Stephen Mohamed Nagi, 42, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block West Orange Avenue for contempt of court: disobeying a court order.

Gabriel Longinos, 74, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block of East Tulare for driving without a driver’s license.

Matthew Orlando Salinas, 31, of Shafter, was arrested on Vultee and East Lerdo Highway on an outside agency warrant and fro driving an unregistered vehicle.

Marlene Vargas, 36, was arrested at Cherry and East Lerdo Highway for possession of unlawful paraphernalia.

July 19

Daniel Eugene Dale Holder, 41, of Shafter, was arrested at Cherry and Burbank Avenues on a bench warrant and failure to appear on a misdemeanor bench warrant.

Jacob Israel, 27, of Shafter, was arrested on East Los Angeles Avenue for reckless driving and driving over and up across divided highway.

Vincent Lopez, 28, of Shafter, was arrested at South Wall and West Orange Avenue for possession of a controlled substance.

July 21

Vanessa Sue Perry, 53, of Shafter, was arrested on Riverside Street and South Shafter on a bench warrant and failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

Joseph Jeremiah Esquivel, 27, of Shafter, was arrested at Santa Fe and Burbank Street for receiving stolen property, forging/altering a vehicle registration and driving an unregistered vehicle.

Miguel Angel Ortega Franco, 38, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block of Beth Eden Street on a bench warrant and failure to appear on a felony charge.

Jaime Chavez, 30, of Shafter, was arrested in the 500 block of Poso Avenue on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a felony charge and obstruction of a public/peace emergency medical technician.

Ascencion Lopez Jr., of Shafter, was in the 500 block of Poso Avenue for possession of a controlled substance.

Lionel Cortez Gonzalez, 55, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block of West Orange for possession of a controlled substance.

Blanca Cecilia Soto, 44, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block of West Orange on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

Genaro Trujillo Yanez, 24, of Shafter, was arrested in the 700 block of South Shafter Avenue on an outside agency warrant.

Camillo Bacerra Lopez Jr., of Shafter, was arrested in the 300 block of Shaw Avenue for disorderly conduct: intoxication of drug and alcohol and drug/narcotics violations.

John Arthur Chavez Jr., 26, of Shafter, was arrested in the 200 block of Colvard Street on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a felony charge and possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia.

Reginaldo Trujillo, 40, of Shafter, was arrested on the corner of South Shafter Avenue and East Orange Avenue for possession of unlawful paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Martin Leyva, 29, of Shafter, was arrested in the 700 block of Mayer Lane on a bench warrant and failure to appear on misdemeanor charge.

Amie Maxwell, 43, of Shafter, was arrested on Mannel Avenue and East Lerdo Highway on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

Dirk Barton Underwood, 52, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block of James Street on an outside felony warrant.

Vernon Ray Phillips, 50, of Shafter, was arrested on the corner of West Los Angeles and Oakmont Street on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

Robert Matta Jr., 51, of Shafter, was arrested on the 100 block of Beth Eden on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor bench warrant.

Ricardo Hernandez Garcia, 26, of Shafter, was arrested inn the 400 block of North Beech for inflicting corporal injury on spouse/cohabitant.

Israel Lopez Jr., 36 of Shafter, was arrested on North Beech and Minter Avenue on a bench warrant/failure to appear on misdemeanor warrant.

Juan Martin Barraza, 42, of Shafter, was arrested on South Mannel Avenue and Rodriguez Street on a bench warrant/failure to appear on misdemeanor charge and outside agency warrant.

Gabino Enrique Ortiz Salazar, 23, of Shafter, was arrested at Atkinson and Reiker avenues for possession of metal knuckles and on an outside felony warrant.

Roezanna Tiara Shailene Alburez, 21, of Shafter, was arrested in the 200 block of Atkinson on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

July 25

Jose Morales Hernandez, 25, of Shafter, was arrested at Dresser Avenue and Calloway Avenue for evading peace officer, carrying a loaded firearm and operating an unregistered vehicle.

Auturo Montes, 57, of Lost Hills, was arrested at the intersection of Lamberson Avenue and Badger Street in Lost Hills for child endangerment and on four misdemeanor warrants. He was cited and released at the scene.

July 22

Robbie Von Trout, 62, of Shafter, was arrested in the 300 block of Central Valley Highway in Shafter on a misdemeanor warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Mario Macias, 54, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of 7th Street for felony burglary,

vandalism and misdemeanor trespassing. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Eric Serda, 45, of Wasco, was arrested in the 2400 block of Highway 46 for misdemeanor

violation of court order to prevent domestic violence. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

July 19

Martin Plascencia, 20, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of Birch Avenue and 7th

Street on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Rogelio Salazar, 34, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1800 block of Gaston Street for felony

conspiracy to commit a crime, participating in a street gang and attempted homicide. He was booked

into the Kern County Jail.

July 20

Angel Gurrola Bernal, 22, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of Palm Avenue and

7th Street for misdemeanor driving without a license. He was cited and released at the scene.

July 21

Ramon Cadena, 25, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of F Street on a felony probable

cause warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Cristopher Jamal Martinez, 27, of Wasco, was arrested in the 800 block of 16th Street for

misdemeanor battery on spouse and contempt of court. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Luis Antonia Mendez, age 36, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1700 block of Sycamore Drive for

misdemeanor disorderly conduct: drunk in public. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Lilyann Garza, 19, of Lost Hills, was arrested in the 400 block of Central Avenue for

misdemeanor driving without a license. She was cited and released at the scene.

July 24

Michael King, 61, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of Griffith Avenue and 14th

Street on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Patricia Romero, 31, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1600 block of Peachtree Court for

misdemeanor obstructing an officer. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.
