July 2

Luis Medrano, 18, of Shafter, was arrested at North Shafter and Tulare Avenue on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a felony charge and driving without a license.

July 3

Pedro Antonio Talamantes, 24, of Shafter, was arrested at Smith Corners for taking a vehicle without owner’s consent, motor vehicle theft, stolen property, obstruction and possession of burglary tools.

July 4

Anthony Obryan, 26, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block of West Ash Avenue for obstruction and disorderly conduct: alcohol.

Orlando Lopez Flores, 33, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block of Central Valley Highway on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge and on an outside felony warrant.

Alexander Salinas, 20, of Shafter, was arrested in the 500 block of Rodeo Avenue for obstruction and disorderly conduct: alcohol.

July 5

Fabian Aguilar, 19, of Shafter, was arrested in the 30700 block of Paseo De Pico for obstruction, reckless driving, crossing over a double yellow line and evading a peace officer.

Alyssa Moreno, 26, of Shafter, was arrested in the 600 block of East Los Angeles Avenue for dui and driving with a suspended license from a dui.

July 9

Jose Luis Salcedo, 27, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block of West Ash Avenue for battery on a person.

Amayrani Almanza, 25, of Wasco, was arrested in the 300 block of Central Valley Highway in Shafter on a warrant remand. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Javier de Jesus, 52, of Van Nuys, was arrested in the 300 block of Central Valley Highway in Shafter on a warrant remand. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

June 29

George Perez, 45, of Wasco, was arrested in the 300 block of Central Valley Highway in Shafter on two felony warrant remands. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

July 2

Maximino Acosta, 46, of Bakersfield, was arrested in the 5200 block of Judd Street in Bakersfield for battery and damaging/destroying or tampering with any wireless communication device to prevent from calling 911. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

July 4

Gustavo Ignacio Avendano, 32, of Shafter, was arrested in the 30700 block of Rodriguez Street in Shafter for domestic violence, willful cruelty to child, damaging/destroying or tampering with any wireless communication device to prevent from calling 911 and a misdemeanor warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Luis Valdez, 28, of Wasco, was arrested in the 300 block of Central Valley Highway in Shafter on a felony remand and four misdemeanor remands. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Pedro Talamantes, 24, of Buttonwillow, was arrested in the 16400 block of Scofield Avenue in Wasco for possession of a controlled substance, conspiracy, possession of a stolen vehicle and on a felony warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

July 9

Carlos Hernandez, 19, of Lost Hills, was arrested in the 14600 block of Lost Hills Road in Lost Hills for battery on a spouse. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Armando Ambriz, 37, of Wasco, was arrested in the 27000 block of Garces Highway for felony assault with intent to commit rape, inflict corporal injury on spouse, kidnapping, false imprisonment, attempt to rape by force, misdemeanor obstructing an officer: resisting arrest, violation of a protection order and damaging a wireless communication device. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Yahir David Sanchez, 18, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of Poplar Avenue and 7th Street for misdemeanor driving without a license. He was cited and released at the scene.

July 4

Vanessa Beltran, 39, of Wasco, was arrested in the 2000 block of Jasmine Street on misdemeanor bench warrants. She was cited and released at the scene.

Alejandro Daniel Mendoza, 27, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of G and 6th streets for misdemeanor possession of controlled substance paraphernalia. He was cited and released at the scene.

Brice Patterson, 37, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of F Street on misdemeanor bench warrants. He was cited and released at the scene.

Guadalupe Ramos, 42, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of F Street on a misdemeanor bench warrant. She was cited and released at the scene.

Mark Ybarra, 38, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of H Street for felony burglary, vandalism, grand theft, receiving known stolen property, grand theft of property, business practice violation, and on felony bench warrants. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

July 6

Marcos Villagrana Cabrera, 30, of Delano, was arrested in the 700 block of H Street on felony and misdemeanor bench warrants. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Hector Ruiz Olmedo, 27, of Bakersfield, was arrested in the 500 block of Highway 46 for felony robbery, conspiracy to commit a crime, threatening with intent to terrorize, assault with a firearm on person and unlawful possession of a CCW. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Jana Dee Lowe, 54, of Wasco, was arrested in the 2200 block of 9th Place for misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, and obstructing an officer: resisting arrest. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Luis Ocampo, 41, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of Broadway and 7th streets on a felony bench warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Jaime Gerado Tello, 50, of Wasco, was arrested in the 2400 block of Summer Hill Court for misdemeanor battery on a spouse. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

July 9

Epifanio Fierro, 53, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1800 block of D Street for possession of stolen property. He was cited and released at the scene.
