Aug. 21

Jose Arturo Medrano Sr., 56, of Shafter, was arrested for threatening to commit a crime with intent to terrorize.

Aug. 22

Jorge Guadalupe Uriostegui, 46, of Shafter, was arrested at South Schnaidt Street and West Los Angeles for possession of unlawful paraphernalia, inflicting corporal injury on spouse/cohabitant relationship and damaging/destroying a wireless communication device.

Aug. 23

Armando Xsavier Soria Jr., 25, of Shafter, was arrested on an outside agency warrant.

Joan Baltazar Medrano, 22, of Shafter, was arrested in the 300 block Village Avenue for exhibiting a deadly weapon other than a firearm, assault with a deadly weapon: not a firearm and obstruction.

Aug. 24

Juan Martin Barraza, 43, of Shafter, was arrested in the 300 block of South Shafter Avenue for possession of unlawful paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and on a a bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

Jario Jason Lopez, 30, of Shafter, was arrested in the 300 block of Atlantic Avenue for disorderly conduct: under the influence of a drug and drug violations.

Jorge Luis Barrios, 30, of Shafter, was arrested in the 200 block of Olson Avenue for threatening a school public officer, obstruction and battery against a police officer.

Aug. 26

Brandon Walker, 60, of Shafter, was arrested in the 600 block of Locust Avenue for possession of unlawful paraphernalia and outside agency warrant.

Aug. 21

Alison Galene Hupp, 30, of Aliso Viejo, was arrested in the 16000 block of Wasco Avenue in Wasco for under the influence of a controlled substance while in possession of a firearm, possession of a stolen vehicle and carrying a loaded firearm. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Michael Trickey, 52, of Taft, was arrested in the 300 block of Central Valley Highway in Shafter on felony and misdemeanor warrants. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Aug. 25

Jose Medrano, 56, of Shafter, was arrested in the 300 block of Central Valley Highway in Shafter on a felony warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

WASCO

As reported by the Kern County Sheriff’s Department, Wasco substation: Aug. 21

Miguel Estrada Acuna, 56, of Wasco, was arrested in the 800 block of Lewis Court for felony exhibiting a deadly weapon: not a firearm, and misdemeanor willful cruelty to child. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Valarie Alanis, 31, of Wasco, was arrested in the 2700 block of Central Avenue for misdemeanor hit and run. She was cited and released at the scene.

Aug. 23

Christopher Perez, 49, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of Bay Meadow Drive and Poplar Avenue for misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, giving false ID to officer, and on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Ramon Sedano, 73, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of 7th and F streets for misdemeanor violation of a court order to prevent domestic violence. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Aug. 24

Rodolfo Lopez, 41, of Wasco, was arrested in the 300 block of D Street for misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, trespassing and obstructing an officer: resisting arrest. He was cited and released at the scene.

Aug. 26

Joe Bolanos, 37, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of Poplar Avenue and 7th Street for misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia. He was cited and released at the scene.

Rodrigo Gutierrez, 38, of Shafter, was arrested in the 1100 block of Highway 46 on misdemeanor bench warrants. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Fabiola Moreno, 46, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of Poplar Avenue and 7th Street for misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia. She was cited and released at the scene.

Jasmin Perez, 24, of Bakersfield, was arrested in the 1100 block of Highway 46 on a misdemeanor bench warrant. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Shamika Washington, 41, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1300 block of 1st Street for misdemeanor trespassing. She was cited and released at the scene.
