Victor Huerta, 32, of Shafter, was arrested at 7th Standard and Zachary Avenue for disorderly conduct: under the influence of a drug.

Oct. 18

Kayla Dawn Frederickson, 30, of Shafter, was arrested in the 600 block of Central Valley Hwy. for disorderly conduct: under the influence of a drug.

Oct. 19

Xavier Lupe Hernandez, 30, of Shafter, was arrested in the 700 block of South Shafter Avenue for robbery: first degree at an automated teller machine, threatening with intent to terrorize, burglary in the second degree and shoplifting.

Juan Jose Flores, 48, of Shafter, was arrested at Mettler Avenue and Gibson Avenue for outside agency warrant and bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

Oct. 20

Ascencion Lopez Jr., 31, of Shafter, was arrested in the 500 block of Poso Avenue on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a felony charge, an outside warrant and for obstruction: resisting a public officer.

Jorge Raul Roman, 54, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block of Central Valley Highway on an outside agency warrant.

Jose Isaac Gomez, 35, of Shafter, was arrested in the 400 block of Atlantic Avenue for burglary: first degree and trespassing.

Victor Manuel Sanchez, 39, of Shafter, was arrested in the 300 block of Venable Lane on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

Juan Gabriel Castor Jr., 40, of Shafter, was arrested on Manor Grove Drive for disorderly conduct: drug violations and on an outside agency warrant.

Emanuel Garcia, 28, of Shafter, was arrested in the 500 block of Klassen Drive on an outside warrant and for obstruction and possession of unlawful paraphernalia.

Ethan Odell Arviso, 25, of Shafter, was arrested at Martin Avenue and 7th Standard Road on an outside warrant.

Michael Anthony Yniguez, 34, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1000 block of H Street for felony burglary, conspiracy to commit a crime, misdemeanor possession of controlled substance paraphernalia and obstructing officer: resisting arrest. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Edward Cruz Bautista, 32, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of Sharon Court and Beckes Street for misdemeanor possession of marijuana for sale and driving with a suspended license. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

David White, age 33, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of F Street for misdemeanor obstructing a business property, possession of controlled substance paraphernalia and obstructing an officer: resisting arrest. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Gabriel Barraza Quintero, 52, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1200 block of B Street for misdemeanor violation of a court order and disorderly conduct: under the influence of drugs. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.
