Robert Earl Smith, 25, of Shafter, was arrested in the 300 block of Chris Street for battery onto spouse, child abuse and family offense violation.

Fernando Quevedo, 23, of Shafter, was arrested in the 500 block of James Street for possession of unlawful paraphernalia and on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

Dec. 7

Jose Vega Jr., 39, of Shafter, was arrested at Venable and Hicks for driving without a license.

Anthony Rogelio Villegas, 20, of Shafter, was arrested in the 300 block of Olson Avenue for use/under the influence of a controlled substance and obstruction of a public officer.

Erick Alcala Arellano, 33, of Shafter, was arrested in the 200 block of Colvard Street for battery onto space and child abuse.

Dauvivont Toriki, 24, of Shafter,was arrested in the 100 block of West Lerdo Highway for battery onto spouse.

Sandra Kristine Mcintosh, 47, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block of West Lerdo Highway for battery onto spouse.

Anthony Rogelio Villegas, 20, of Shafter, was arrested in the 200 block of Rodriguez Avenue for battery with serious bodily injury.

Frank Rodriguez, 34, of Bakersfield, was arrested in the 300 block of Central Valley Highway in Shafter on a misdemeanor warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Lori Ramirez, 39, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of H and 6th streets on felony and misdemeanor bench warrants. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Michael Yniguez, 34, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of Poso Drive and Birch Street on a felony bench warrant and for misdemeanor possession of controlled substance paraphernalia. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Dec. 5

Ruben Sanchez, 35, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1700 block of Highway 46 for misdemeanor obstructing ant officer: resisting arrest. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Dec. 6

Miguel Lagunas Alvarez, 48, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of Maple Avenue and Highway 46 on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Alexander Joseph Regalado, 29, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of F Street and Poso Drive on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Dec. 9

Flavio Pacay, 24, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of Beckes and 7th streets for misdemeanor hit and run. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Martin Chomo Chec, 44, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1000 block of 12th streets for misdemeanor willful cruelty to child, contributing to delinquency of a minor and battery, and on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.
