Jan. 15

Gabriel Avila Delgado, 24, of Shafter, was arrested at West Orange Avenue and South Wall for possession of unlawful paraphernalia, and on a bench warrant/failure to appear on misdemeanor charge.

Jan. 16

Darnesha Marie Douglas, 33, of Shafter, was arrested in the 3600 block of Oak Lake Lane for burglary in the first degree and vandalism: damaging property.

Jan. 17

Juan Jose Flores, 48, of Shafter, was arrested at North Central Valley Highway and West Tulare Avenue on an outside warrant and a bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

Jan. 19

Julian Bazan III, 41, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block of West Lerdo Highway for attempted murder: premeditated.

Jesse Rene Diaz, of Shafter, was arrested at the 7th Standard and Highway 99 on an outside agency warrant.

Jan. 20

Miguel Angel Maldonado, 20, of Shafter, was arrested in the 200 block of Central Valley Highway for evading a peace officer with wanton carelessness and failing to stop at a red light.

Jan. 21

Omar Chavez, 34, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block of West Lerdo Highway on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

Pearla Cardenas, 31, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of 7th Street for her misdmenaor bench warrant. She was cited and released at the scene.

David Rodriguez Cruz, 20, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1000 block of Highway 46 for misdmenaor drive with a suspended license. He was cited and released at the scene.

Brian Marshall Henry, 40, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1700 block of Poplar Avenue for his felony bench warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Jan. 16

Juan Garcia Pizano, 43, of Wasco, was arrested in the 2000 block of Highway 46 for his felony bench warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Ryan Sims, 50, of Wasco, was arrested in the 900 block of Poso Drive for his felony and misdemeanor bench warrants. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Juan Sanchez Andres, 42, of Wasco, was arrested in the 300 block of Griffith Avenue for misdemeanor violation of court order to prevent domestic violence. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Ricardo Ortiz, 38, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of 12th Street for misdemeanor possession of controlled substance paraphernalia. He was cited and released at the scene.

Brandon Parks, 32, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of Garden Street and Martin Court for felony possession of a stolen vehicle. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

James Joseph Wood, 43, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of Poplar Avenue and Cherrytree Way for felony possession of stolen vehicle, altering registration and on a felony bench warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Jan. 20

Daniel Aaron Lopez, 55, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1000 block of Poplar Avenue for misdemeanor battery ona spouse. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Enriqueta Hernandez Lopez, 58, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1000 block of Poplar Avenue for misdemeanor battery on spouse. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Ramon Santiago Sedano, 74, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1000 block of 7th Street for felony stalking and on a misdemeanor violation of court order to prevent domestic violence. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Jose Moreno Villegas, 27, of Wasco, was arrested in the 600 block of Highway 46 for felony possession of a stolen vehicle, vehicle theft and on misdemeanor bench warrants. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Emilano Martinez, 46, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of Carnation Street and Sunflower Court for felony possession of a firearm, convict in possession of firearm and misdemeanor contempt of court. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.
