Pet of the Week: Grace needs a forever home

Grace came into the Wasco Animal Shelter as a stray. She is an approximately 3-5 year-old female chihuahua. She is shy and timid around staff and bigger dogs. At the time, it is unknown if Grace is house/crate trained. Dogs are not tested with children. Her behavior towards children is unknown. Grace will be available for adoption on Thursday, March 14.

Everyone is welcome to adopt from our facility, and we like to give everyone the same opportunity to adopt. Adopters can be from out of town and/or local. We do not place holds for adoptions. Adopters are responsible for transportation.

Adoptions are on a first-come, first-serve basis, beginning at 8 a.m. on the date they are available. You are welcome to call us the day before their availability to ensure the pet is still for adoption.
