Cassandra Kei Cartier, 30, of Shafter, was arrested in the 5000 block Stearman Avenue for possession of a controlled narcotic substance, disorderly conduct: alcohol and on an outside warranty.
April 9
Iris Woggn, 33, of Shafter, was arrested on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge and on an outside agency warrant.
Desiree Marie Diaz, 32, of Shafter, was arrested in the 200 block of Mark Avenue on an outside agency warrant and a bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.
Elizabeth Villegas, 34, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block of Poso Avenue on an outside agency warrant.
April 11
Anthony Joshua Robles, 23, of Shafter, was arrested in the 4500 block of Express Avenue for child abuse, an addict driving a vehicle and on an outside agency warrant.
April 12
Kaleb Ybarra, 23, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block of East Orange Avenue for battery on a spouse.
April 14
Jesus Yanez Martinez, 42, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block of East Lerdo Highway on a bench warrant/failure to appear on misdemeanor charge and possession of unlawful paraphernalia.

April 9
Mario Macias, 55, of Wasco, was arrested in the 300 block of Central Valley Highway in Shafter on a felony warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.
April 10
Charles Dwayne Boren, 53, of Bakersfield, was arrested in the 5000 block of Judd Street in Bakersfield for attempted homicide, domestic violence, damaging wireless communication device and vandalism. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.
