May 5

Melissa Gutierrez, 30, of Shafter, was arrested at Pacific Avenue and Munzer Street for driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered vehicle.

Olivia Ayon, 30, of Shafter, was arrested at Carver Street and East Lerdo Highway for DUI.

May 6

Jeanne Leanne Cano, 35, of Shafter, was arrested in the 6600 block of East Lerdo Highway for showing false ID to a public officer, possession of a controlled substance and on an outside agency warrant.

Jesse Felipe Aguilar, 31, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block of East Lerdo Highway for possession of a controlled substance, operating with an unlawful registration and on an outside warrant.

Alexander Teresa SantaCruz, 26, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block of East Lerdo Highway for possession of a controlled substance, transporting a controlled substance for sale and giving a false ID.

Oscar Del Toro Ortiz, 45, of Shafter, was arrested in the 500 block of Gibson Lane for battery on a person, sexual battery by restraint, child abuse and great bodily injury and lewd acts with a child under 14, molesting and disorderly conduct.

Luis Ralston Dalby, 22, of Shafter, was arrested on 7th Standard Road and Highway 43 for possession of sales paraphernalia and on an outside agency warrant.

Israel Jose Mora, 25, of Shafter, was arrested of at Central Valley Highway and East Lerdo Highway on a bench warrant/failure to appear on misdemeanor charge.

Rory Owen McCay, 31, of Shafter, was arrested in the 600 block of East Lerdo Highway on an outside warrant and for disorderly conduct under the influence of a drug.

Abel Aguerria Rocha, 44, of Wasco, was arrested in the 17000 block of Industrial Farm Road in Bakersfield for burglary and conspiracy. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Bruce Payne, 72, of Bakersfield, was arrested in the 4600 block of Hail Street in Bakersfield for possession of a stolen vehicle. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Ashley Paige Crouch, 36, of Shafter, was arrested in the 500 block of Mark Avenue in Shafter on two felony warrants. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Alberto Perez, 38, of Shafter, was arrested in the 300 block of Central Valley Highway in Shafter on a felony warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Chelsea Cheyenne Shaw, 37, of Inyokern, was arrested at the intersection of Dove Road and Highway 65 in Bakersfield for possession of a stolen vehicle, receiving known stolen property, conspiracy, vehicle theft, and on a misdemeanor warrant. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Jesse Boyd Curry, 59, of Inyokern, was arrested at the intersection of Dove Road and Highway 65 in Bakersfield for possession of a stolen vehicle, receiving known stolen property, conspiracy, vehicle theft, vandalism, and on a felony warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Jose Luis Ibarra-Ramos, 49, of Terra Bella, was arrested at the Kern County line at Highway 65 on a Ramey Warrant for criminal threats and exhibiting a firearm. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

May 12

Marcos Juares, 54, of Lost Hills, was arrested in the 21300 block of Fresno Street in Lost Hills for making criminal threats, and committing battery on a spouse. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Arnulfo Padilla Mendez, 35, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Wildwood and Highway 46 in Wasco for committing domestic violence. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Elijah Gonzalez Sr., 33, was arrested during a traffic enforcement stop in the intersection of F and 5th streets for driving with a vehicle with tinted windows and driving with a suspended license. He was cited and released at the scene.

David Vargas, 32, was arrested during a traffic enforcement stop in the intersection of 5th Street and Barker Place for using an expired registration and driving with a suspended license. He was cited and released at the scene.

Francisco Guerrero, 29, was arrested during a traffic enforcement stop in the 800 block of F Street for a failure to stop at a stop sign and on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was booked into the Lerdo Pre-trial Facility.

Lionel Lopez, 39, was arrested at Broadway Avenue and 5th Street on a felony warrant. He was booked into the Lerdo Pre-Trial Facility.

Jose Luis Mora, 31, was arrested in the 1600 block of 1st Street on a misdemeanor bench warrant during a call for service regarding a suspicious vehicle. He was cited and released at the scene.

Lori Ramirez, 39, was arrested in the 2500 block of Garden Street for vehicle theft and possession of stolen property. Ramirez was booked into the Lerdo Pre-Trial Facility.

Daniel Ramos Lopez, 27, was arrested at the intersection of Sunset Street and Poplar Avenue for driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving with injury, hit and run resulting in injury, evading a peace officer and DUI collision with injury.

Victor Adame, 20, was arrested at the intersection of Birch Street and Poso Drive for possession of a pen knife and possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Lerdo Pre-Trial Facility.

Ervey Guerra Martinez, 37, was arrested at the intersection of Griffith Street and 17th Street on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Ignacio Maldonado, 62, was arrested at the intersection of 10th Street and F Street for disorderly conduct: alcohol. He was booked into the Lerdo Pre-Trial Facility.

Jose Antonio Martinez, 27, was arrested in the 2100 block of Jubilee Drive for inflicting corporal injury on a spouse/cohabitant/dating relationship – aggravated, child abuse and threatening a crime with intent to terrorize. He was booked into the Lerdo Pre-Trial Facility.

May 11

Rafael Gonzalez Jr., 36, was arrested in the 900 block of Highway 46 on a misdemeanor bench warrant, and for possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of paraphernalia. He was cited and released at the scene.

Ryan Sims, 52, was arrested in the 2000 block of Highway 46 for unlawful possession of paraphernalia. He was cited and released at the scene.

May 12

Davin Rosas, 21, was arrested in the 1200 block of 7th Street for resisting an executive officer, simple battery, disorderly conduct and possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Lerdo Pre-Trial Facility.

Eloy Valdez Ramirez, 31, was arrested in the 1300 block of F Street for resisting a peace officer, driving under the influence and driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or higher.
