Frank Anthony Rodriguez, 44, of Shafter, was arrested on Poso Street for domestic violence and on a misdemeanor charge.

June 18

James Dean House, 46, of Shafter was arrested on North Shafter Avenue on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

June 21

William Grant Nigro, 31, of Shafter, was arrested on Community Drive for possession of a urglary tool and committing mail theft.

Efren Centeno, 34, of Shafter, was arrested on the Central Valley Hwy. for outside warrant.

Jose Juan Tovar, 49, of Shafter was arrested in the 200 block of South Shafter Avenue on an outside warrant.

Laura Ann Barela, 40, of Shafter, was arrested at the intersection of Highway 46 and Main Drain Road in Lost Hills on a Kings County misdemeanor warrant. She was later cited and released on that warrant.

Abel Noel Castillo, 35, was arrested at the intersection of 9th Place and Oak Avenue on a Felony bench warrant. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Luis Cruz Santiago, 42, was arrested in the 600 block of Palm Avenue for driving with a suspended license. He was cited and released at the scene.

Lori Marie Ramirez, 39, was arrested in the 600 block of Palm Avenue on a felony bench warrant. She was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Melissa Castillo Mesa, 42, was arrested in the 600 block of Palm Avenue on a felony bench warrant, and for giving false identification to a peace officer and possession of a controlled substance. She was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Rodney Thomas, 65, was arrested at the intersection of Filburn Street and Highway 43 on a felony bench warrant. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Mario A Calderon Cruz, 44, was arrested in the 2500 block of 2502 Parkside Drive for obstructing/resisting an executive officer, possession of a controlled substance, possession of unlawful paraphernalia, and on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

June 21

Marissa Serna, 27, was arrested at the intersection of 9th Street and Broadway n a misdemeanor bench warrant. She was cited and released at the scene.

June 22

Carlos Amador, 36, was arrested in the 1800 block of F Street for felony vandalism, on a felony bench warrant, for obstructing/resisting a peace officer and for possession of unlawful paraphernalia. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

June 23

Joanna Gil, 42, was arrested in the 1700 block of Poplar Avenue for disorderly conduct: alcohol. She was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Evelyn Castro, 21, was arrested in the 900 block of Central Avenue for driving with a suspended license. She was cited and released at the scene.

David Zuniga Fierro, 32, was arrested in the 900 block of Central Avenue on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.
