July 9

Luis Loreto Gonzalez Meza, 47, of Shafter, was arrested in the 300 block of Central Avenue for showing false ID to a public officer, on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge and for disorderly conduct: alcohol.

Jose Juan Tovar, 50, of Shafter, was arrested in the 200 block of South Shafter Avenue on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a felony charge.

July 10

Fernando Ortega, 23, of Shafter, was arrested in the 200 block of Central Valley Highway for conspiracy: commit crime, DUI alcohol: causing bodily, carrying a concealed weapon and illegal possession of assault weapon.

Marco Antonio Silva Jr., 25, of Shafter, was arrested in the 300 block of Faber Street for disorderly conduct: alcohol.

Ivan Hernandez, 25, of Shafter, was arrested on Rodeo Avenue and Schnaidt Avenue on an outside warrant.

Ricardo Lucas Martinez, 26, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of H Street in Wasco on a felony warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Nadya Kristine Flores, 34, of Shafter, was arrested in the 30700 block of Rodriguez Street in Shafter for disorderly conduct and battery on a person. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

David Wayne McKiearnan, 31, of Bakersfield, was arrested at the intersection of Interstate 5 and Twisselman Road in Lost Hills for possession of a stolen vehicle, driving without a license and on a felony warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Jose Maria Sanchez-Ibarra, 42, of Buttonwillow, was arrested in the 200 block of East 1st Street in Buttonwillow on a felony warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Earl Vincent Ince, 30 of Bakersfield, was arrested in the 5600 block of Judd Street in Bakersfield on a felony warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

David Fajardo, 33, of Buttonwillow, was arrested in the 400 block of East Front Street in Buttonwillow for disorderly conduct. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Donnie Lynn Isbell, 54, of Bakersfield, was arrested in the 5500 block of Banning Street in Bakersfield for a misdemeanor warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Pedro Cisneros Mendoza, 38, of Bakersfield, was arrested at the intersection of Highway 58 and Wasco Way in Buttonwillow on six six misdemeanor warrants. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Carmen Beatrize Rosas, 44, of Shafter, was arrested at the intersection of 7th Standard Road and Highway 43 in Shafter on a felony warrant. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Roberto Pena-Martinez, 23, of Lost Hills, was arrested at the intersection of Highway 46 and Corcoran Road in Wasco for domestic violence. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Jaysean Davenport, 20, of California City, was arrested in the 300 block of Central Valley Highway in Shafter for possession of a controlled substance in prison, possession of drug paraphernalia, committing a crime while Incarcerated and obstructing, resisting and delaying a peace officer. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

David Armendariz, 76, was arrested in the 1200 block of Palm Avenue for driving with a suspended license. He was cited and released at the scene.

Isaac Santos, 45, was arrested in the 700 block of F Street on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Manuel Magallanes, 25, was arrested in the 1800 block of Poplar Avenue on a parole violation. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Abel Guerra Martinez, 34, was arrested at the intersection F Street and Poso Drive for possession of unlawful paraphernalia. Guerra was cited and released at the scene.

Wesle Hernandez Gutierrez, 23, was arrested at the intersection of Poso Drive and Highway 43 for driving with a suspended license. He was cited and released at the scene.

Luis Oscar Vasquez, 30, was arrested in the 1000 block of Highway 46 on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Joshua Micahel Songer, 42, was arrested in the 1300 block of F Street for failure to provide insurance and no registration. Songer was cited and released at the scene.

Ky Ho, 52, was arrested at the intersection of Griffith Avenue and Highway 46 for exhibition of speed. He was cited and released at the scene.

Evangelina Cotreras, 56, was arrested at the intersection of F Street and Almond Court on a misdemeanor bench warrant and a felony bench warrant. She was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.
