Aug. 12

Don Deshawn Webb, 53, of Shafter, was arrested at North Shafter Avenue and Sunset Avenue for possession of a stolen vehicle and possession of a controlled substance.

Aug. 14

Juan Pedro Valencia, 21, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block of Poso Avenue on an outside agency warrant, and for driving without a license and driving an unregistered vehicle.

Miguel Angel Zamora Medina, 39, of Shafter, was arrested in the 700 block of South Shafter Avenue on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a felony charge.

Aug. 15

Marcos Peter Rosales Gomez, 33, of Shafter, was arrested on West Tulare Avenue for possession of unlawful paraphernalia.

Aug. 17

Israel Flores Lopez, 42, of Shafter, was arrested in the 200 block of West Tulare Avenue for DUI, driving without a license and possession of open container.

Miguel Angel Gutierrez, 32, of Shafter, was arrested in the 9600 block of Redwood River Lane on an outside agency warrant.

Aug. 18

Jonatan Danial Covarrubias Gonzalez, 27, of Shafter, was arrested in the 800 block of Lawrence Street for inflicting corporal injury on spouse/cohabitant, kidnapping, false imprisonment and possession of controlled substance.

Gabriel Avila Delgado, 24, of Shafter, was arrested in the 700 block of South Shafter Avenue for possession of unlawful paraphernalia, obstruction, carrying concealed dirk or dagger and failing to drive on the right side of the road.

Miguel Angel Zamora Medina, 39, of Shafter, was arrested in the 700 block of South Shafter Avenue on an outside warrant.

Aug. 14

Leonel Yepez Acevedo, 30, of Wasco, was arrested in the 500 block of D Street in Wasco for grand theft of copper, conspiracy to commit a crime, business practice violation, possession of stolen property and vandalism. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Jesus Mesa, 42, of Wasco, was arrested in the 500 block of D Street in Wasco for grand theft of copper, possession of stolen property, business practice violation, conspiracy to commit a crime, vandalism and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Leonel Angel Vargas, 36, was arrested in the 600 block of Oak Avenue for hit and run. He was

cited and released at the scene.

Ryan Sims, 52, was arrested in the 100 block of F Street for assault with a deadly weapon. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Aug. 13

Jesus Mauricio Silvaza-Mora, 32, was arrested at the intersection of Filburn Street and Highway 43 for driving at an unsafe speed and driving with a suspended license. He was cited and released at the scene.

Aug. 14

Jaime Cortes Lucas, 39, was arrested in the 1500 block of G Street on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Milton Ramirez, 39, was arrested in the 700 block of 10th Street on a felony bench warrant and a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Omar Joya, 36, was arrested in the 1000 block of G Street on a felony bench warrant and a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Michael Valdez, 30, was arrested at the intersection of Poso Drive and Griffith Avenue for identity theft. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Martha Nicole Castillo, 28, was arrested in the 2300 block of Highway 46 for possession of unlawful paraphernalia. She was cited and released at the scene.

Kenia Alvarez, 31, was arrested in the 2300 block of 2301 Highway 46 for possession of unlawful paraphernalia. She was cited and released at the scene.

Andrew Noguez, 36, was arrested in the 1400 block of G Street for possession of unlawful paraphernalia and on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Aug. 17

Noel Mesa Rosas, 29, was arrested in the 1900 block of Highway 46 for driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without a license. He was cited and released at the scene.

Nolberto Bello-Sanchez, 41, was arrested at the intersection of Gromer Avenue and Magnolia Avenue for driving with a suspended license, expired registration and failure to provide proof of insurance. He was cited and released at the scene.

Eduardo Antonio Blass, 34, was arrested in the 900 block of Central Avenue for driving with a

suspended license. He was cited and released at the scene.
