RaulSegura Rivera, 41, ofShafter, was arrested at BurbankStreet and Highway 43 for driving with a suspended license and unregistered vehicle.

Sept. 17

Julian Gino Signorelli, 26, ofShafter, was arrested in the 200 block of East Orange Avenue for false imprisonment and battery on a person.

Keith Anthony Carroll, 49, ofShafter, was arrested in the 200 block of Central Valley Highway on an agency warrant.

Ignacio Briseno Ramirez, 44, ofShafter, was arrested in the 100 block ofStone Avenue for possession for unlawful paraphernalia and on a bench warrant/failure to appear for a misdemeanor.

Ramiro Grimaldo Jr., ofShafter, was arrested on the East Los Angeles and Beech Avenue for disorderly conduct: under the influence.

Jesus Cesar Encinas, 21, ofShafter, was arrested at West Los Angeles and Poplar Avenue on an outside agency warrant.

Maria Edith Chavez, 22, ofShafter, was arrested at West Los Angeles and Poplar Avenue for bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

Benjamin Alejandro Morenoacala, 27, ofShafter, was arrested at West Tulare and Ryan Avenue for DUI, stop required and driving without a license.

Erick Hernandez Cardenas, 50, ofShafter, was arrested in the 300 block of East Marengo Avenue for obstruction, disorderly conduct: alcohol and amplified sound.

Timothy Combs, 57, of Taft, was arrested in the 400 block of Buttonwillow Drive for driving on a suspended license, expired registration, and no proof of insurance.

Sept. 21

Katerina Bautista, 31, of Buttonwillow, was arrested in the 100 block of West 1stStreet for assault with a deadly weapon, not firearm. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Sept. 22

Jose Freddy Garcia Torres, 47, of Lost Hills, was arrested in the 14000 block of Lost Hills Road in Lost Hills for disorderly conduct: alcohol, and on a felony warrant and a misdemeanor warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Gustavo Avendano, 33, of Shafter, was arrested in the 30700 block of Rodriguez Street in Shafter on a felony warrant and a miisdemeanor warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.WASCO

Jorge Luis Vazquez Velazquez, 42, was arrested in the 600 block of North Poplar Avenue for possession of marijuana for sale, selling/giving/transporting marijuana, possession of a controlled substance for sale, conspiracy to commit a crime, transporting a controlled substance and possession of unlawful paraphernalia. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Juan Carlos Contreras Jr., 38, was arrested in the 600 block of North Poplar Avenue for selling/giving/transporting marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, conspiracy to commit a crime, transporting a controlled substance and possession of unlawful paraphernalia. Hector Manuel Prado Jr., 39, was arrested at the intersection of broadway and 15th Street for possession of a stolen vehicle. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.
