The City Council welcomed newly elected member Eli Espericueta.
Jasmine's Bakery on Sunset Avenue had an attic fire. The fire department got control of it before major damage was caused. Today, the bakery is still going strong. They are known for their tamales, torta, cakes and sweet breads.
